To get the process started, please follow these steps.
Applications can be returned by the following methods:
Applicants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian signature. Applicants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian during their service. Community service requires a 4-hour commitment per shift.
Documentation of community service hours is provided upon request, and a record of your total hours is sent to your community service supervisor as required.

- Monday-Friday 10:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Saturday 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Sun 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.
To get the process started, please follow these steps.
- Download the Background Check Consent Form and Community Service application below.
- Print and fill out the applications with a pen. Please make sure to sign the application. (Un-signed applications will not be accepted.)
- The cost of the background check is $10.00, and it's non-refundable. Please make the money order or cashier's check payable to Frisco Family Services. The payment must be received prior to processing the background check. The background check fee does not guarantee approval of the community service application.
- Return the Background Check Consent Form and Community Service application along with $10.00 fee using one of the methods below.
- Once we have received your completed Background Check Consent Form, Community Service application and payment, our Volunteer Services Manager will contact you to schedule an orientation.
